The "realistic" quality is unique to keyless crates. They can be redeemed for the real Team Fortress 2 item for up to 30 days after they are unboxed. After that period, they are added back into the drop pool. Realistic items can be scrapped for the SAME amount AFTER being claimed, so please claim your item!
Have an old hat you aren't wearing anymore? Why not donate it to the realistic drop pool! When you make your first hat donation, you are awarded with a Strange Genuine Spirit of Giving that will keep track of the hat donations you make!
